Physical Testing: Moisture content (11-13% for storage stability), colour classification, texture analysis, leaf size distribution

Processing & Packaging Specifications
Green Leaf Threshing (GLT) Process:
Conditioning: Leaves conditioned to 17-22% moisture for optimal threshing
Threshing: Mechanical separation of lamina from stems
Classification: Separation by stalk position, color, and quality
Drying: Moisture reduction to 11-13% for safe storage
Reconditioning: Final moisture equilibrium achieved
Packing: Compressed into cartons/cases lined with moisture-barrier materials
Cartons/Cases: 200-220 kg net weight, moisture-sealed polyliner

Threshed Lamina
Premium Zimbabwean flue-cured Virginia lamina produced through the reputable Green Leaf Threshing plant and prepared to meet grade-specific and moisture requirements for consumer product manufacturers.
Cut Rag
Precision-cut lamina tailored to buyer format specifications. We develop blends according to the customers' requirements.
Uniform particle size distribution for consistent blending and manufacturing efficiency.
Tobacco Fines (F8 / F16)
Fines is a type of by-product of tobacco processing, marketed and sold in various categories depending on its quality and size. The most common sizes of fines are 1/8" and 1/16" in size.
Suitable for secondary blending and specialized industrial applications.
Short & Long Stems
Stem is a by-product of the tobacco processing phase, extracted from the leaf and re-dried for packaging. The stem comes in a variety of sizes, including long, short, and mixed sizes. Separated stems are prepared for further processing or reconstitution applications within manufacturing supply chains.
